Suspension Party

  • About the author MS

You’ve heard of these parties, haven’t you? Where everyone brings something different to suspend from the ceiling: loaves of bread, toys, office supplies, cardboard blow-ups of David Hasselhoff, swords. No? Well, each party usually has its own flavor, depending on what everyone brings to suspend. Then, of course, there is the decision on how to get the suspended items down. Tonight we’ll be using ninja stars. Intrigued? Well, that’s too bad, because I’m a liar. A boldfaced strumpet. Suspension is a novel by Robert Westfield and tonight is the book party. Tomorrow there will be pictures.
