Over at the Haphazard Gourmet, they’re celebrating Banned Books Week by featuring some recipes to go along with their favorite banned books. Check out this great salmon and asparagus recipe from John Baxter, author of Immoveable Feast: A Paris Christmas, which just went on sale yesterday. While his tale of learning to cook for his wife’s French family may not get banned, next year he’ll be out with an encyclopedia of sex that will certainly make some ladies blush. The book he features is Jenna Jameson’s How to Make Love Like a Porn Star, an excellent book that I do not recommend reading in public unless you are prepared to cover up some of the sexier pictures with your hand.
